Im an Art Director and im just pulling together my book.
What do you guys think is a good quantity of work to have in it.

How long do you expect the interviews to go on for? 15mins? 30mins? 1 hr?
Be sure to put in a spread of pornographic images in case your prospective audience start to look a bit disinterested. If you see any signs of yawning, flash it past their noses to wake them up.

depends on who is interviewing you and what the position is for.
if you are meeting with a CD i suggest you blast them with the best best work and keep it limited.
if you are meetingwith the president or vice president i suggest you put as much work in the book as you can.
these types ofpeople are generally not creative and they need all the creative visuals to help them unnderstand it the why are they actually hiring you.
