hey all - i need a good upgrade to the standard xt lens. I need one better for wedding photography thats around 2-400 bucks. any help is awesome!

i have a Sigma 18-125 lens which is quite okay. Sigma makes quie okay lenses for the money. If you have the money buy one from the EX series of Sigma. They have larger aperture (not sure of all the EXs' have that actually)

Not sure if this is a lil late, but check out the Tamron 28-75 f/2.8. It's right at the high end of your budget, but it's a high quality performer.

DELL fucked up and sent me one for free, it's the Canon Ultrasonic EF 28-200mm - f/3.5-5.6 USM
I think it values for about $450 online.
I bought a Canon Rebel XTi recently for the lens.
They asked for it back, I told them to pound salt.
