I can understand why she'd be afraid if someone knocked her door down, but of someone is shooting at you and you're a police officer, I expect you'd shoot back. The woman's age doesn't matter.

If I saw this scenario on a tv drama, I would think it wasn't believable...
Maybe she used a shotgun to get all 3. After the first was hit, I would think the other two would have taken cover.
Or maybe she had an automatic weapon to protect the drugs... no wait

Yeah..that's what I don't get...the police say they shot at them before they got to the door..and THEN they say they knocked and announced their presence? I'm lost here..smells fishy...
What I think happened was they had some n00b on the incident who was all amped up and discharged his weapon all willy nilly, hitting his buds, and then they wasted the old lady and planted the gun on her...
