  I'm trying to figure out the code placement here what I'm looking at

  at the end i want to click on a link in frame 1 and have the link open in frame2 or iframe on the right. BOTH FRAMES CONTAIN FLASH FILES.

  label your iframes and just target it to the name. make sure the iframe is big enough and it should work.
