How do I stop gmail grouping all messages with the same subject together?

It's annoying me so much recently. I've got like 50 replies from 6 different people but they're in no discernable order and I want them seperate.

I wasn't sure about it at first but I love it. Especially if you're very organized or obsessive compulsive about being organized.
