On the El on the way to work, I'm sitting eyes closed half asleep following this rambling conversation between two women sitting perpindiculara to me:
Woman1: "He said he wants an ipod for christmas, and I told him 'why do you want one of those, they BREAK!'
I read an article that says they batteries go bad in the RedEye (local paper) a LONG TIME AGO."
She said the word "break" with such venom, it was like every ipod ever manufactured exploded in the user's hand and nearly killed them.
Outrageous.

That's a typical cheap beyatch that doesn't want to spend money on an iPod and will end up buying a $50 cheaper piece of crap instead...

My mate who lives in Amsterdam told me that he was on a packed out bus when he heard a super loud slap followed by "And what on fucking earth made you think i would be alright with you fucking a prostitute while I was off buying shoes!" ha ha i almost pissed myself when he told me that.

Kudos to the chump for telling her on the bus, stoopid fool probably thought he was safe in numbers telling her. I would of told her on a roller coaster or something or just before boarding a plane perhaps somewhere a little more appropriate...

and the funny thing is, the RedEye paper she referred to is the Chicago Tribune's free daily paper targeted to 18 - 34 demo and is packed with gossipy, buzzish crap.

i was at the gym on saturday doing cardio and minding my own business and i forgot to charge my ipod so it goes dead, but i didn't want anyone to talk to me so i kept the earbuds in my ear.
these two women were on the treadmills two down from me and thought i had my music on.
after about 2 minutes of them walking the one goes to the other..
"i just can't do this... my ass is too sore. my husband talked me into anal the other night'
i burst out in laughter and did my best to blame it on the simpsons episode running on the television. i laughed the entire workout.
funniest thing i had ever heard in a while.

Everyone I know who has had an ipod has complained that it broke itself.
If they bring out an ipod version of last.fm tho i'll be apple's dog too.

I love the fact that one thread can switch from broken ipods no offence but yawn! to overheard conversations about anal sex and drunken sex then the next post will be back to broken ipods ha ha classic.....It surely takes all types...

i bought a used ipod from NT's very own anzelina. Battery seemed fucked from the get-go. I replaced the battery myself and it's still fucked.

There was a family on some consumer show in England moaning about breaking iPods, kid holds it up and of course its covered in scratches because the stupid fuck dropped it on concrete.
Most people don't look after their possessions.
