I don't know. But earlier today I was trying to fix the spelling checking facility in Microsoft Outlook, and to test it, I input something like this:
"hgfhgfdhgf hgfd hg fdh gf d gfhgdfhgfd."
When I hit spell-check, it popped up an error prompting for the install disk so it could install the Welsh dictionary.
