    is hong kong hard for couples to relocate to? do trailing spouses have some issues? is it the sort of city thats quite hard work?

    I think Dwayne or Jevad on here can give you a far more accurate reply then mine. But to give you the little of what I've found out:

    Visa-wise it's easier then say Japan. If you got experience, you can get in. Your company have to sponsor yours (and spouses) visa though, naturally.

    Apart from cars and rents, if you'd be living on the main island, life-costs are pretty low. Food is cheap (not to mention pretty delicious), transportation and whatnot is hella affordable as well. (I took taxis just to get to the seven-elevens round the corners).

    Seeing how affordable everything is I'm sure your spouse would have no trouble trailing.

    But hey Bob, I think I remember some of your work included work for HK firms. Or maybe that was someone else.
