OK so I'm far from a Flash guy, but I still get stuck working on this stuff... can someone help me add what is needed to make this ClickTAG code send clicks to a new window? I've never had to mess with that in the past, but this one site is requesting that I build it in to my code:
on (release) {
if (clickTAG.substr(0,5) == "http:") {
getURL(clickTAG);
}
}...so what do I need to add? I know it's some sort of _level something or other, but like I said, this stuff is beyond me.....!
thx

getURL(clickTAG,"_blank")

And I wish all add systems would use the FUCKING SAME SPELLING for clicktag..it gives me the pip.
here are some of the variations;
CLICKTAG
clickTag
clicktag
clickTAGjust decide on one and fucking stick to it!!!

thanks bottlerocket – yeah, it's got to be slightly different for everyone. so let me tweak the original copy and paste it back in here in a second...they need me to use the exact ClickTAG script, but with a blank window function added in...

so this should do it right?
on (release) {
if (clickTAG.substr(0,5 ) == "http:") {
getURL(clickTAG,"_blank");
}
}

yes, the "_Blank" attribute of the getURL function is what causes a new window to be spawned.
