to be honest here is one of the best places... if you click on find a job in the 2nd column... a fair amount of respected agencies are there...

mad.co.uk has listings.
also go to chinwag.co.uk, the UK New Media jobs list.
Its basically full of agents but there are about 40 job postings a day, about 40% being design positions(on a good day)

If your looking for digital - try Mark Begley at Major Players. He knows pretty much everyone and knows who's recruiting and what they're looking for...
Also, here are the top100 agencies, most in London...

Design Week is normally a good one to look in. Also this agency is definately worth a look - http://www.represent.uk.com/ A lot more focused on the designer than a need to fill jobs.

I came to london to design and worked for some cool agencies, bluw, deep and a couple others. It was tough, getting freelance work can be supereasy or superhard, finding a full time job can be a pain in the ass. Recruitment agents that found me this job were ecomrecruitment.com , not the flashest offices but they certainly do the legwork and get results. Everyone else just pissed me off or didn't call back.
**Have a 1 page CV, no more. Londoners are lazy fucks who don't like to read. :)
