is there a way to reofrmat a usb key mini drive thing? Mine says it's full but it's EMPTY

plug your usb into the drive.
then create a .psd file named "reformat".
on the .psd type "reformat" in Trade Gothic font. It has to be Trade Gothic font, or else it wont work. It should also be 14 px. 16 sometimes work too. Oh and it HAS to be blue. Don't ask me why.
Save.
Drag this file onto/into your USB folder.
As you are doing this shout out loud REFORRRMAT!!!
Then magically it will work again.

or ... if you're on a mac ... open the app 'Disc utilities' and format from there.

if your on a PC go into MSDOS mode and format it oldschool style. worked for me once but seriously FUCK PC's

on the pc go to control panel > administrative tools > computer management.
In the window that comes up go to Storage > Disk Management and find the correct disk.
Make damn sure you have the right one or you can seriously f*ck shit up. Many of people's complaints about PCs stem from the fact that they will pretty much allow you to screw yourself over.
