layout looks fine here win xp ff1.7 but the text in the flash header is too quick and I also noticed the pixelated corners

good work over all, but a coupel things to consider maybe:
- put in a music, or at least, a sound on/off control- the typesetting is pretty intense, especially w/ the red maybeeither using a leighter weight face on the headlines below the header image? (helvetica neu thin?)
- make that map feature more prominent on the homepage! that a sucker functions great for a dynamic flash piece and as this is a project to market a new development, show it off! at the least, a nice thumbnail w/ 'go there now!' copy or somthingn in the right column to entice 'em. ;)
