Hi all,
I have designed a logo for a company, they have not paid me for it yet and they are using in print and online.
Just wondering what steps I should take to protect the logo I did. Would I be able to copyright the work?

you were silly to give them the artwork for this before you got paid.
i dont know the legalities but i'd get on the case hassling them for your payment seeing as they are USING it already.

yeah, you're getting taken advantage of, and as long as you are casual about it, they'll have no reason to cut you a check
