well, being a professional chef is very much like a being designer, no?
i like cooking at home, but i don't think i can do it professionally... i mean, i don't wanna mince onions all day or cook the same dish after dish.

janne, I dont think you would be happy in america, you like traditionalism, as exhibited by the nationality/design thread and america is all about constant change.

tk, I was thinking more about catering, I have some friends that are doing some BBQ/Home brew beer catering thing in chicago and it is starting to take off.
i dont want to be top chef or nothing, just making the party food is more up my alley.
