Hi all,
Just wondering how much you would charge a corporate client for design their business cards. They will be given the design so that they can take it to the printers as many times as they like?
Thanks
Lee

on a freelance basis i did 50-75€ p/ card a while ago. i came to that price coz i wanted to have around 250/300€ and there were 4 different cards. just drawing-to-file. no print.

will you be giving a bunch of different ones to choose from before the final design, or just one design?

when you say corporate, are you talking 1-50 employees, 50-100, etc?

50-75 per person i'd hope

kidding me.
i could charge atleast 1K for the design of the card (with 10 variations). then on top of that a small fee per person.

first consider and explain that you're not just designing a business card, your developing their corporate ID, which should be a big job.
maybe try to pitch it as a stationary package to make worth your time; bcards, letterhead, envelopes etc.
this is assuming they already have a logo in use.
impossible to sugest a price without knowing a lot more details.

anyway, this is Portugal. People here still prefer giving work to those who can draw rather than designers.
