  Has anyone worked with this company before? I just got a hell of a lot of stick from "Richard Senior" after they said they could do a job for us only to say that it was impossible for them to do a week later after they sent through a really bad mock-up of a folder.

  I was expecting an apology or at least a few words to encourage a continuing relationship with them but either he's shagging the project manager I yelled at yesterday or she's his wife/gf/mistress/sister/cousin/d...

  I have since placed the order with Folders Galore who are bit more expensive but more professional, and efficient. This isn't a dig at Duraweld as they have done work for us in the past with no problems. Is there a problem there that I'm not aware of?
