(Oct 16 06, 14:56)only when i drank the whole thing before my workout did i notice my heart racing. drinking half during a workout i just feel more awake and focused. burns calories hours after you're done drinking it.
try it. if you die though i get your watch. haha.

I'm with k0na on this. Redline = liquid crack. I used take that shit before they made it a drink and it was just a gel that you washed down with some water. It tasted like tar, but the effects were hot fire!
Honestly, if you aren't caffeine tolerant, this might give you a scare.
