It's hilarious, but for as big as these College FB/NFL (eh, there are some known fighters in there)/MLB/ and especially the NBA players are ..... they don't know how to fight at all.

you can take kids out from the ghetto but you can't take the ghetto out from the kids. some disgusting shit i saw that day. this was the only thing that crossed me as being funny during that fight. espn had a much clearer video, but in this video this was funny to me. a bench clearing brawl... well... except for this guy.

It's weird, cause if I wasn't a Cane alum, I'd think these guys were a bunch of hooligans. Which they are...but somehow there's a weird disturbing sense of pride.
Hahaha, and I'm just listening to ESPN Radio and apparently the Miami PD brought in 7,000 kids to watch the game, in their "join a game, not a gang" program. Oops.
But Deadspin.com said it best, "You know who plays football for Florida International? Guys who wanted to go to Miami, but couldn't because they stabbed someone in high school."
Now to Lamar in the booth:
As the fight unfolded, color analyst Lamar Thomas seemed to be as fired up as the players, at one point exclaiming "I feel like taking the elevator down to the field and getting involved myself!" Thomas went on: "You don't come into our house talking smack!" And so forth. Because that's what a play-by-play commentator wants from his partner, to be able to look down on the field and see him brawling with the players.
Anyway, we got a couple of e-mails asking the musical question: "Is that the same Lamar Thomas who played for the Hurricanes and the Dolphins?" Yep. And he wasn't exactly a solid citizen. Thomas' rap sheet includes:
• Arrested and jailed for aggravated battery for attacking his pregnant fiancee with a deadly weapon.
• Arrested for violating probation.
• Detained for brandishing a handgun and threatening suicide, prompting authorities to check him in to a mental institution.
• Did jail time for again violating probation related to the battery charges, when he was arrested for choking his fiancee. His six-month old son was present at the scene.

Oh, and Miami's season ended against FSU. Then against Lousiville. At this point I just hope more crap like this happens so we fire our Coach, pronto.

oh shit he's the starter? maybe i read the site wrong but i thought it said backup. maybe that was #4 or something below him. either way... that's him on the sideline.
i'm trying to find the cleaner video on espn but it was clearly him. haha.

Yeah, FIU is definitely on the map now! I hate them...always have. As ghetto as UM is, FIU is 10x worse.
Oh, and k0na, KW was backup last year. He's an overhyped kid from Cali who was given the start this year. He's craptastic. But at least he's smart enough to stay on the sideline.
