Liscensing

  I work for a company that wants to make and sell trendy shirts like the ones Urban Outfitters or Delia's makes (i.e. Burt Reynolds, Mr T, Mr Bubble tshirts, etc).

  Does anyone know what kind of permission you need legally to use someone's likeness?
