Eh, they make sense actually.
The logic behind only having to move your mouse slightly to hit the scroll up/down buttons trumps Windows.
I know pretty much everyone uses the scroll wheel now, but it's the little things that count in my book.
My FX has a "Mac" skin.
(Doesn't fix the up/down scrollbar thing of course, everything else looks like Mike's screenshot.)
