if you can make a reflection in photoshop and you understand how to use the browser DOM w/css, xml and javascript... (all the shit that's been around since the late 90's)... then you can do the 2.0 thing...
... basically... '2.0' is just a way of saying the rest of the world caught up and now understands technology that's been around since before the dotcom bust in the late 90's...
