Hey, remember there was a HK thread but the search didn't show up any goods.
Anyhow, am in HK for a week or so this month - was wondering if any of you guys know of good places, sites, bars, music etc to check out whilst there?

check out Lan Kwai Fong and Wan Chai for bars, clubs and food, and for shoes - go to Stanley market on the southside.
Kimberly Road is a Tourist Trap...but many stores there.
In that area is also Miramar Shopping center where you can find almost anything, and also on the 3rd floor in the back of the mall is a DOPE TOY STORE!!!! [its the only one of its kind - very similar to KIDROBOT]
goto all the clubs and bars you can...lots of fun!!!!
go have a drink in the Intercontinentil Hotel 2nd floor and chat with some SUPER HOTTIES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! HONG KONG BABES!!!!!!

DO NOT: wander around holding a map looking too much like a tourist in the Mong Kok district after hours.
This place is quite nice: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sha…

goto Mong Kok, Exit E,
street should be "Sai Yurng Choi Street" or osmethign liek that.Thats where you'd go for the hip, cheap, wholesale, imported.. youngster stuff.
for normal malls, shopping.. maybe you'd want to goto Festival Walk, in the Kowloon Tong station.
or... Harbour City in Tsim Sha Tsui, down canton road, while your at Tsim Sha Tsui, check out the ferries and take a ride across the harbour.
Causeway Bay, check out Time Square and streets around that area.
list goes on....
