hey people, how much is a reasonable rate to charge for a 4"x6" postcard flyer design, just for like say an upcoming show, or event...?

depends on what's tied to it.
conceptualization?if it's more like you're running with an existing theme, I'd say charge your hourly rate – and tack on a couple extra ;)

well i dont really have one... yet.
but i was thinking more of like a fixed price like maybe $200 per flyer design? is that a good rate? toomuch? toolittle?

$200 is a good rate, but i hope your layout is worth the $200

I've never been paid more thaan £50 for anything similar, and usually that had a poster included in the price as well.
flyer artwork don't pay the bills. having said that if you can get that much out of them, more power to ye
