A4 folder tamplate

Im looking to design an A4 folder with inserts. Is there a template for this anywhere or should I phone around the printers?

try FULLCOLOUR.com they have template and can handle the printing for you. I've used them and they're good.

is it O ring or is it D ring

yeah, the easiest and cheapest method is to get one off a printer that's got an exisiting dieline. the cost may not matter but for some smaller runs it can help to be able to ignore the extra cost.
