4gb of ram?... MacBook Pro's only support 2gb of ram and only have 2 ram slots.
I'm interested to know how you managed to get one with 4 ram slots.

MacPro's are what they're called, so that's what you should call it.
We just got a herd of MacPro's where I work at, and they f-ing blow in everything that isn't a Universal App; my old second-hand 800mhz Powerbook puts them to shame!
My advice: Don't buy an Intel Mac unless you absolutely need a new computer since Adobe's apps won't be ready this Fall.
Following JC's advice; if you buy an Intel Mac, load it up with as much RAM as possible ASAP.

THE INTEL MACS RUN FINE. I HAVE 768 MB RAM on my 2 ghz macbook and well...you are being fooled..i dont understand it..mine runs fine..
