I have to put on a creative excercise for our design/copy/IA group and am looking for some far flung and ideas for to get a group of 20 involved. Any Ideas?

find a take-away menu and rebrand their shop for a more upmarket/sophisticated look or go the other and do it for kids.

Get them all to write their ideal job on a piece of paper , split them into groups of 2/3 and then get them to devise a marketing startegy/ad campaign for the industry that they pick out of the hat

Edward de Bono iw well known for his creative and lateral thinking. Maybe pick up a book-
I couldn't find any of his exercises on the web.Also, if you have great Improv in your city get one of them to come and "play" with your folks.
That will take them out of thier everyday headspace.
