Turn it into an after hours BYOB spot as well.
The Beehive here in Pittsburgh does that, and it works well by having the party continue with DJ's and the like.

"Turn it into an after hours BYOB spot as well."
How is that legal?

After Hours BYOB is easier than turning it into a member's only club after 2AM (here in Pennsylvania) and allowing the sell of booze.
I don't really know why.
I think because the BYOB aspect makes it more like someone's house as opposed to a business.
Plus they don't need a liquor license then, and being a coffee shop that probably saves on cash.

successful business's don't normally just close. Make sure you find the reason they are getting out.

not sure about legal stuff but theres a few places in columbus like that but most are a bit dank it would be nice to have one a bit more urban and hip

the owners were putting there money in the wrong places ive heard rumors but all of that will be looked into there in a PRIME location.
