  can anyone recommend something that is easy to use and free that can help people see what's going on with various projects...we dont have version cue...i was thinking if there was just like a stickie app that let's use post things on a bulleting board everyone has running on their machine...that would be quick and clever.

  there's a free version of basecamp from some serbian kid. you need to host it yourself i think.
