Design at 1:1 in the first place, then if you need to print... print, as is.
If it's a screen based design, it's going to have pixels.

Do you have a place I can upload it to? I'm working on my laptop & can't send jack out of my webmail account. The file is around 800kb, btw.

from that same site:
"I’ve had requests for a Vector Firefox Mac/Win. It’s on my agenda, but it might be a few weeks."in the meantime. import your screengrab into flash and run a pixelperfect 'trace bitmap' on it. export as ai and you're done.

resize your print down to browser resolution, print it out whatever size... they will see pixels but that's what a browser/screen resolution is and what it will look like.

(Sep 12 06, 12:13)rather than resizing artwork to screen res, i'd resize the chrome to print resolution. resize using "nearest neighbor" in photoshop.
