Looks a bit like an old Letraset font called Michel. Don't think it is digitalized though...

i've got one very similar in my library from agfa/ creative alliance called "shades" but can't find it online anywhere.

Letters are so geometric it'd take you like 10 minutes to draw your own. And probably look better than using Avant Garde.
