Hi,
Does anyone know where I can find a flash file which has this effect.
Say you have a menu
Home
About us
News
ContactWhen you roll over each button the one you have rolled over scales bigger and others get smaller and vice versa when you scroll over the other buttons.

I have seen em but I cant remember where. Have you tried http://www.flashkit.com
go to movies and hunt around, Im sure theres something on there with it.

mess around with this. it'll make for a lot less fuss for everything you EVER do in flash once you learn how it works.

Download and install this: http://laco.wz.cz/tween/
And then checkout the Dock tutorial on the site (just have to change the orientation from horizontal to verical).
