I've known some people that went over to the detroit office for flash work. They we're horrible at flash... but oh well. They've been around for a while so that can't be bad. They always seem to be hiring, either they can't find good peeps or they use n' abuse til they quit. Not much help... sorry

It is pretty big and corporate. They do lots of online advertising and movie sites. Not the best job to get as a creative, but not the worst either.

I agree... pretty corporate but not a bad training ground. Just beware-- they pay average people (like digitas) above average money.
When, as all do, you move on to do solid, cutting-edge, projects at other studios... expect the pay cut.
Some banner firms are good to hone the skills... but they work you to the bone.

I haven't worked with them directly, but whilst at another company we were working 'with' them and another client.
I couldn't believe some of the rubbish we got from them, and some of the BS that was spouted out on conference calls with the client.
Sorry if that offends anyone - but I call it like it is. Not saying which office.
