Greatest. Intro. Ever.
I thought it was a really good show this year. There's always the boring mini-series parts, but besides that the winners were pretty good. Good comedy throughout. Conan should do it every year.

Best Emmy Speech ever was the dude who wrote 'My Name Is Earl' going out of his way to NOT thank people, hahah.
Another good one was the guy who was like, "I remember watching the emmys and loving them except when they got to the no-named directors so I'll keep this short."

This is really really funny! When did this become the standard? To spoof current films/tv shows for the openings of these award shows? Was it Mtv that did it first? Or was it the Oscars with Billy Crystal?

Did anyone see the opening to the Teen Choice Awards? They did a 'Pirates of the Caribbean' spoof with Dane Cook. It was atrocious. Seriously bad!

I think Billy started it all.
I was at the awards and actually hadn't heard of the crash til later that night. And on top of that, they don't actually show the plane crashing. For all we know there could've been turbulance and he could've parachuted to the island.
If that was insensitive, they should just go ahead and cancel LOST this season.
