Hello all Newstoday people...
Not the greatest of actual sites to be honest as i can't build websites as such, i am purely a print designer. However, what do you think of some of my work?Thanks all of you

wow, you have some really nice work in your portfolio. the second one in is ace.
cloud 9 was nice.
i would actually think about re-arranging the order that you show your work. with your site being all jpgs only, there is no way to drill into the #9 piece of your work without going through 1-8 first. some of your later work is really good and should be up front a bit more.
you don't want a potential client or employer stopping at #4 or #5 cause it's a bunch of logos, when after that you ahve some real solid magazines after.

k0na's right about keeping your best work right in the beginning so that it doesn't take too much effort to find out what you can really do.
Your work is really great and your site is simple enough for everyone to understand.

I disagree, it should be paginated like a story board for a movie. If you have the climax at the beginning, you won't hold the viewers attention for very long.

i wasn't sure what the response would be to be honest. it doesn't worry me that much if people think it's crap, i enjoy doing print work, but i can't realy do webdesign. although to be honest i think simple is best online.love your video on your site by the way.

I usually have most of my best work in the beginning, and then some smaller things in the middle, and end with something large, just not as big of a project as the items in the beginning of the folio.
Having your work using some sort of ordering system works too, such as date, alphabetical, or project type.

in terms of a printed portfolio, i think it's good to start with a brilliant piece, have some average stuff in the middle
