never been to milwaukee, but up in sheboygan wis there were 11 small bars (as counted) in two small blocks.

there is this dumpy suburb named cudahy that at one time had more bars per capita than any other city on earth. This was in the 80's though. Lots of the old industrial factory jobs have gone away since then and took a lot of those dives with them.
