can't play movies in acrobat 7

  d want to see the movie. when I'm clicking on it i get an error message that takes me to the quicktime download website. i downloaded the new quicktime and installed it with all the updates and restarted my system. when i open the pdf again and click on the movie the same error message appears.
  quicktime is set in the general settings as the main player (it's also the only one).

  can you please help?
