table cell expand

  I have a 3 column by 17 row table built in DW. Looks fine in Firefox Mac/PC but expands to twice it's height in Safari and Explorer PC.

  I have fixed width/height measurements for each cell but still no luck.

  Any solution for this?

  spacing is diff in IE & Firefox sometimes, especially if using break tags - set spacing before and after in CSS
