I had a *breakup* with a client and now they are asking me to remove all work of theirs from my website though in our signed work agreements I've stated:
1. Reservation of Rights. All rights not expressly granted hereunder are reserved to the Designer, including but not limited to all rights in sketches, comps, or other preliminary materials created by the Designer (I grant them the right to use a project as either an email, web, etc.)
2. Authorship Credit. Authorship credit in the name of the Designer
So I can tell this person to go scratch, correct?

It appears that I do not have a signed work agreement for all projects though there is a pattern, for the first 5 projects I had a work agreement signed though after that I stopped because I did a lot of work for this client.
So, it would make sense that those signed work agreeements (that never change) can be applied to ALL projects?

No you cant apply those past agreements to all future agreements. I wouldnt think. But you shouldnt have to take down work that you creates. I would think.
