I am trying to decide if I am hungover or not. Stumbled in at 3am. Have no real headache or naseau, just a genera overall "bleech." Coffee tastes like a wet hairy paper bag. If I shake my head rapidly I get lightheaded..I'm not used to this..either I'm fine or God is pounding my head with a hammer. Don't know what to make of this..

Have you guys ever woke up feeling super light-headed, your chest, hands, face, is all numb/tingly and your heart is beating out of control? Ive had that happen to me that last couple of times I drank a ton, it freaks me out.
