if any of you are in london tonight with nothing to do and a penchant for beautiful west coast psychedelic folk, you could do no better than to come down to this show tonight at the luminaire:

£8 is rather steep for a unknown.
- Nairn0
There are known knowns,
There are things we know that we know, There are known unknowns, That is to say there are things that we now know, we don't know - But there are also unknown unknowns, There are things we do not know we don't know And each year we discover a few more Of those unknown unknowns. For all that, I'd say £8 isn't unknown for knowing known unknowns.

for those in london. get along the the Clash Club at the Luminaire!
Clash Magazine also has nights at The Old Lock Tavern in Camden.
Their first night was the other week.
They had the Kooks doing an acoustic set, Babyshambles doing a DJ Set and Edith Bowman doing a dj set.
Its on from 3pm onwards.
And how much does it cost i hear all you moaners asking ......... nowt!
.... its FREE!
now, which music magazine or gig organiser is THAT nice to you!
its no wonder that Clash was voted music magazine of the year last year by artists and people in the industry - beating the likes of NME and Q.
The mag believes in putting MUSIC first and not MONEY.(just a wee bit of PR for them lol - i should be on commission)
- kelpie0
do you work for them Kon?
- kelpie0
or rather, do you guys do their web stuff?
- UndoUndo0
noice poster
- kon230
kelpie.
yeah we do their web stuff but its my wee bro thats the editor too.seriously worth checking out the magazine though and im not just saying that cos of the connection. its well written and not up its own ass like NME and Q are.
- kelpie0
I know, its decent, know a few folk who write for it, hence my interest :)
- kon230
cool cool.
yeah i like the styke its written in. rather than it sounding like someone preaching 'good' music to you like NME or Q, theyve taken the stance of like a mate reccomending tunes to you.
- well thats how i describe its difference when im talking about the mag to people who havent read it before.they get a lot of feedback from the artists themselves too saying that its the best interviews theyve read of themselves.
- kelpie0
yup, best thing out there - pat on the back to your wee bro :)
