Intel Macs and creative suite

A client of mine wants to give me a workstation to use while I'm in their office (which is quite often)—budget unlimited.
I'm not sure whether to get a strong G5 and run the risk it'll be obsolete in a few months or get an intel Mac.
Basically my concern is that an Intel mac will not support Adobe Motion Suite and flash very well and it'll take some time before new versions come out.
Any recommendations?

if it's their money? I'd say, get a brand new G5 tower with intel.
CS3 will be out in a few months time (so we are to believe) and an apple-dealer friend of mine says the intels run CS2 just fine (you won't notice a difference especially if you're used to running adobe software on a G4)
Get a

Right now I'm running it on a G5 dual 1.8 with 2 gigs of RAM.
Not sure how the emulation mode competes.

if you do go with the mac pro, make sure you get a ton of ram and get it in 4's as it doubles the memory bandwidth(ie. 4x512mb or 4x1gb) if i were you, i'd just have them order a tricked out g5. it won't be obsolete anytime soon, unless you're going to be working there for years.
