got to give them credit though - they are skillful. going so fast at times and all with a fixed wheel bike, no brakes...

(Aug 14 06, 16:04)force, if you will watch closely, you will notice a couple of the guys coasting, and also a couple with brakes. which leads me to believe they are not riding fixed... but still crazy

yeah saw some coasting - and some on the fixed - at the end when they're on the bridge he has his feet off and the cranks are flying round...

i did that over the weekend. unfortunately, i couldn't go as fast as a road bike with my mt bike. but it's fun to jet down broadway through time sq. i was a bit scared about hitting people or slamming into a sudden door opening. i am sure if i keep riding, eventually i'll get hit.
