It barely runs. WTF? anybody had similiar problems? any fixes? would installing tiger help?

On tiger it seems to run fine but I also know that it should be fine on 10.3.9 as well. Is this a licensed copy? A couple other things it could be is check for corrupt fonts, and check to make sure you don't have any bad third party components.

i have flash pro 8 on tiger and it works fine. my pb is very very old. gen2 pb g4.
