I think I'm getting it in my right hand. Anyone have any practical advice?
Let the 'switch hands to pull one out' thread begin . . .

right after you get out of the carpal tunnel, turn right on murray by the Tastee Freeze and pick me up some zig zags.

*honestly though, support your elbow and stretch you wrist/forearms a lot. If you bend your hand back with your other hand as far as you can, you can feel the muscles stretch in your forearms, they say this is important in avoiding it.
*Im not a doctor.

(Aug 9 06, 16:49)i realized i was doing this by the time i was about 24 yrs old. it was from guitar that my wrists were all fucked up. i realized that i couldn't fall asleep without my wrists bent, so i forced my wrists to be straight when i fell asleep from then on.
no more wrist aches...

i did the same thing by playing guitar, it doesn't help being completely double jointed and then to top it off, work gives you an effing blackberry because they come in every box of cocoa pebbles in dc. damn politicians.
