firefox printing only first page

i have a long xhtml document, and ff stops printing (or print-preview) after the first page.
i've commented out the stylesheets, container divs, etc., all to no avail.
i've looked around and found folks with similar problems, but no answers that worked for me.
i don't have the page i'm working on posted for review, but here's a page that is doing the same thing for me:
http://www.europhysicsnews.com/f…and it's not firefox, because i've found other sites whose long pages will paginate.

resolution:
the page is part of a frameset (mandated by the LMS spec.). firefox has a 'frames' option in the print dialog box that defaults to 'as laid out on the screen'.
switching this setting to 'selected frame' prints the page in its entirety.
tricky little bugger.
