I read all the mens mags at work. Some of the articles are quiet funny. I don't think they are that bad. I would be more worried if he was reading Men's Health!!!!

(Aug 2 06, 06:26)i think both men's and women's mags are equally sad. when reading these you get the feeling some people are beyond helpless in life.
unbelievable.

btw what is Loaded?
- Baskerville0
Loaded was/is a 'lads mag' started in the 90s. In much the same vein as FHM, Maxim etc. For all our continental/america friends.
I find it weird that there are 'men's' and 'women's' magazine. It's almost like two teams competing against eachother. Both kinds of magazines refer to the other sex as some kind of weird species that noone understands.
No wonder people can't find husbands and wives. Men's magazines have men telling other men the secrets of women. Women's magazines are just as bad, with women telling other women how to attract men.
Why not one magazine for both?

I freelanced for one of the big magazine publishers in London and, as far as I can figure, the male/female thing seems to be there to make it easier for marketing to pitch magazines, ie, It's easier than actually tailoring something to a particular type of person. I think it's a bit sad and lazy.
(BTW Music is 'men's interest' appartently, you women have no business listening to it).
