nice start. I would say add some more contrast and stack your nav items. Having some side by side seems to be busy.

You waste a lot of space by having 2 columns for navigation and 1 column for the main body.
Not bad for first time but as per previous comment i'd look for a little more contrast between the background and the text.

Only looked at the first page but:
• "I always keep a very high quality of standards on every project"
• I think you need someone to chck up on your writing.
• Resources Links. I don't feel these should be on the homepage.
• There is a huge gap between the last line of copy and the bottom of the page.
• Something is up with your body copy (part left align, part Justify). I just wouldn't justify text at all it looks horrid.
Greed is right it does show, with that said you seem to be getting a grasp of PHP which I don't have, and ypou can only go upwards from here.
