Aftereffects Question

Question about working with illustrator files in Aftereffects.
I've created a landscape with building created in vector in illustrator. The building are all set on 3d layers from forground to background. Now I'm about to start moving the active camara through it. problem is though for some reason when getting closer to the the vector images, instead of keeping them sharp, the quality is pixellated??
as if they were just jpegs... anyone know what I'm doing wrong?Thanks

You have to have 'continuously rasterize' clicked on.
it's the little icon between the 'shy' icon (little head with eyes) and quality icon (which looks like a slash mark)

hmm tried that, still not having it...

put collapse layers on...the sun button...
you can blow up yur vectors to inifinty

Got another Question if anyone can help.
Creating now some animations to run within the same project above.
The animations I have created are in Illustrator. I have imported the layers into aftereffects and made a comp out of them.
When I put the finished comp though into the main movie I cant make it into a 3dlayer...
sup did dat?
