QuarkXPress / Suitcase Help!

Good Morning all, just a quick question. When opening a Document in Quark that uses fonts which are not active all the time or you cant remember what they are to activate them in Suitcase, I was told the program automatically activated the font for you.
Is this true????
If so why wont it work, is it one of the programs that is causing this problem.If you could help, it would be great!!!!!!!!

In Quark go to Utilities on toolbar along the top. Then go to Suitcase Preferences and tick the box. You might already have done this, but i missed it for a while.

Thanks for that, mine works fine now.... But another quick question, is there anything better than suitcase that we should be using and is there a specific way we should organise the fonts we have rather than just dump them in there ini one long list???

Suitcase, personally is the best, but there is also ATM, from adobe....a matter of preference
