I like it. A lot. Clean and beautiful.
My only issue is the delay between the titles and the image, which I'm sure was intended. I just feel like I'm waiting a split second too long.

oh and i can roll over the cell for 'hard project' but for the rest, i have to roll over the text
and the non-margin for the main body text ie under 'about' threw me off a bit cos the other cells like testimonials have it.. actually it doesn't bother me that much

Projects>Shafuas Project>View Project=No workie.
When I click on 'view project' on the Shafuas Project I get a 404.

love it nic, I am with kj on saying the amount of time from title to work is too long though.

It's really quite nice. However, if we are being picky, the project slection didn't feel so intuitive to me with the image mouse-overs. And I had a hard time at first with finding out how to pick another projcet, what with it down on the bottom righ tlike that.
But it's very purdy and clean!

I'll speed up the transistions a bit. I was a little concerned with the navigation style in teh projects section but I still feel it is pretty clear enough...

AIA need to fix up their logo...unless my computer is just messed up.
Hmm..you could maybe add some padding to the left content area in some of the pages. But it's not a big deal.
I really like it otherwise. Awesome stuff :)

aia logo is too prominent. make it smaller or move it in the lower left corner. it's conflicting with the ava logo.
nice use of rotis too, well done.
